2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Breaking Bread. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Community conduct

Breaking Bread is a Christ-centered community built on respect, encouragement, and hospitality. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other members;
• Share content that is hateful, abusive, obscene, or sexually explicit;
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity;
• Use the platform for spam, solicitation, or commercial promotion without permission;
• Spread false teaching, divisive doctrine, or content that contradicts the loving purpose of the community; or
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

5. Content you share

You retain ownership of the content you post, but you grant us a limited license to use, display, and distribute it on the platform as needed to operate our services. You represent that you have the right to share anything you post.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.

6. Hosting gatherings

If you host a gathering, you agree to create a safe, welcoming environment and to accurately represent the time, location, purpose, and expectations of your gathering. Hosts are responsible for their own events and for any risks that arise from in-person meetings. Breaking Bread is not responsible for the conduct of hosts or attendees.

7. Safety and disclaimer

We care deeply about community safety, but we cannot guarantee the behavior of every user or the safety of every gathering. Please use wisdom, meet in public or appropriate spaces when possible, and report any concerns to us.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your conduct harms the community. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Disclaimers and limitations

Breaking Bread is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in gatherings.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of Breaking Bread after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
